Bote (illness) is starting Wednesday's game against the Mets.
Bote sat out Tuesday's game as a COVID-19 precaution but has since tested negative and will play second base and bat seventh Wednesday. Bote has gone 4-for-12 with three extra-base hits, four RBI and a run in his last five games.
