Happ went 3-for-5 with a double, a homer, four RBI and two runs in Wednesday's 17-3 pummeling of the Pirates.

Happ had picked up just 16 at-bats over the Cubs' last nine games, as playing time has been getting harder to come by for him. However, he's now got a 20-homer rookie season to his credit, and the fact that all those long balls have come in just 323 plate appearances is quite promising. Happ still needs to cut down on his strikeouts, but his power upside is among the best around.
