Ryan joined the Cubs' summer camp Saturday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.
Ryan's arrival was delayed due to what the Cubs called "protocol technicalities" related to COVID-19 testing. There's been no indication that he tested positive for the virus himself, but his late start to workouts could mean he's not quite in game shape by Opening Day, which is less than two weeks away.
