The Diamondbacks activated Rodriguez (shoulder) from the 60-day injured list Tuesday, Jesse Friedman of GoPHNX.com reports.
Rodriguez has been out since spring training with left shoulder issues but is finally ready to make his season and Diamondbacks debut with a start Tuesday in Cleveland. The left-hander most recently completed a four-inning simulated game last week but did not make any rehab starts, so his workload figures to be muted somewhat initially and rust could also be a factor.
