Jay will be a part of the Diamondbacks' 60-man summer camp.

Jay was brought on by Arizona in a minor-league deal in February, and it was reported in mid-March that he would have a chance to claim one of the team's final available bench spots. With rosters expanding to 30 players, it would seem Jay's path is even clearer than before. A lack of playing time opportunities -- even with the universal DH -- could end up limiting his fantasy ceiling, however. He appeared in 47 games for the White Sox in 2019 and posted a .626 OPS, the second-lowest mark of his career.
