Dodgers acquire P Rudy Owens from Athletics

The Dodgers have traded for pitcher Rudy Owens, formerly of the Athletics, reports MLB.com.

Last season, Owens posted an ERA of 4.33 with Triple-A Oklahoma and an 8-5 record. The left-hander finished the spring with an ERA of 7.94, giving up five earned runs and one home run with one strikeout.
