Urias (17-3) earned the win over San Diego on Friday, hurling seven scoreless innings during which he allowed three hits and one walk while striking out seven.

The southpaw was masterful in the outing, throwing 64 of 94 pitches for strikes and retiring nine of the final 10 batters he faced. Urias finished with his fourth scoreless outing in his past seven starts, though he went only five innings in each of the previous three efforts. Since July 21, he has posted a 1.23 ERA, 0.90 WHIP and 53:9 K:BB across nine starts covering 51.1 frames. Urias will try to add to his league-leading 17 wins in his next start, which is tentatively lined up to come at home versus Arizona on Wednesday.
