Estevez is expected to begin his playing career in the United States at some point in 2016, Eric Stephen of True Blue LA reports.
The 17-year-old will obviously need at least a few years in the minors before turning into a viable option for the Dodgers. Although, Estevez's $6 million signing bonus with the club suggests his ascension through the ranks could be expedited if his body and game mature accordingly.
