Bauer's administrative leave was extended through Aug. 6 on Tuesday, Jeff Passan of ESPN.com reports.
Bauer remains out while the league investigates sexual assault allegations against him. He'll remain on leave until the investigation is finished, as the league can continue to issue extensions, so there's no reason to believe that he'll return to the field when Aug. 6 rolls around.
