It's a pretty attractive group this week, including one pitcher coming off a complete-game two-hitter and another coming off a 20-swinging-strike performance.
But the two atop this list are by far the most attractive sleeper pitchers for Week 21 (Aug. 16-21) or any other week. It's troubling that Patrick Sandoval and Logan Webb are still available enough to qualify sleepers, but they are indeed rostered in less than 80 percent of CBS Sports leagues.

I have no idea why this bat-missing maniac is still available in so many leagues, but I would take advantage if I were you.

If he had enough innings to qualify, he'd rank a distant No. 1 in ground-ball rate and in the top five in xFIP, making him as safe as safe gets with a matchup this good.

It's still unclear what to make of Touki Toussaint at this point, but four of his five starts have been no worse than decent. That's enough of a trend for matchups as good as these.

He's been better on the road than at home, which makes sense given his fly-ball tendencies. But lately, those fly balls have been landing in fielders' gloves, and the lineups he's facing this week aren't exactly power-laden.

The whiffs have been off the charts from the beginning, but things have really stabilized since he joined the Nationals. The Brewers still make for a favorable enough matchup.

After watching him flirt with a no-hitter last time out, striking out 11 over eight innings, I'm willing to roll with him even with this so-so matchup.

He just threw a complete game two-hitter against the Rangers after shutting them down two turns prior. Either they're just that bad or he's beginning to come around. (Or both!)

The Dodgers so far haven't seemed particularly motivated to push him past five innings, so you'll be lucky to get a win or quality start out of him. But he is in line for two starts against some weak lineups.

He's been on a nice run, allowing two earned runs or fewer in five straight, and he's shown a new ability to miss bats in the past two. The matchups could be better, but it's not like he's been picking on bad teams this whole time.

The one-time closer who was recently moved to the rotation stretched himself to 82 pitches in his latest outing and may be ready to go five-plus innings for the first time this week. He still boasts a 1.07 ERA.
