Giants' Matt Moore: Start pushed back to Friday
Moore's next start will be pushed back to Friday against the White Sox after he was used out of the bullpen Sunday, Paul Gackle of The Mercury News reports.
Moore tossed a pair of scoreless innings while striking out one in Sunday's loss to the Cardinals. The Giants reshuffled their rotation over the weekend due to Madison Bumgarner's illness and the return of Johnny Cueto from the disabled list. The move actually benefits whatever fantasy owners are left hanging on to the disappointing southpaw, as he will face a light-hitting White Sox lineup as opposed to taking on the Rockies at Coors Field.
