Sandoval was diagnosed with a right hamstring strain after being removed from Sunday's game against Milwaukee, Andrew Baggarly of The Athletic Bay Area reports.
Sandoval appeared to suffer the injury while running the bases during the series finale. It's unclear if he'll be forced to miss significant time, but more news on his status moving forward should become available after further evaluation.
