The Guardians reassigned Jewell to minor-league camp Tuesday, Mandy Bell of MLB.com reports.
After missing out on a spot in the Guardians' Opening Day bullpen, Jewell is expected to report to Triple-A Columbus and spend the majority of the season with the affiliate. The 28-year-old righty reliever made 10 appearances out of the Cubs' bullpen in 2021, giving up 11 earned runs on 18 hits and five walks over 10 innings.
