Rodriguez (shoulder) is scheduled to play catch in Cleveland in the coming days, Ryan Lewis of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Rodriguez has been shut down from throwing since landing on the injured list at the beginning of June with a right shoulder strain. The right-hander is expected to head to Arizona after he resumes throwing, at which point the Indians will lay out a schedule for the rest of his throwing program.
