Jacob Condra-Bogan: Announces retirement

Condra-Bogan announced his retirement Wednesday, Jesse Dougherty of The Washington Post reports.

Condra-Bogan was invited to major-league camp this spring but will elect to hang up his cleats rather than head to the minors to begin the season. Condra-Bogan posted a 3.42 ERA and 0.96 WHIP in 105.1 innings across two minor-league seasons.
