Gonzalez (shoulder) was non-tendered by the Giants on Tuesday, Kerry Crowley of The San Jose Mercury News reports.
Gonzalez was claimed off waivers by the Giants in August, and he'll now depart the organization. The 26-year-old underwent surgery to repair the labrum in his right shoulder in August, and it's unclear when he's expected to be fully recovered.
