The elite prospect has already raised plenty of expectations, so news that he's rounding out into even better shape only whets the appetite to see him face big-league arms sooner rather than later. However, it remains to be seen if Kelenic will have a legitimate opportunity to make the jump during the shortened 2020 season, as the move may not be worth it for the Mariners over the long term because of service-time considerations.
