Nunez was removed from Sunday's game against the Braves after suffering an injury while running the bases, Anthony DiComo of MLB.com reports.
Nunez beat out a throw to first base late in Sunday's blowout game and was hobbled afterward with an apparent left leg injury. He was able to exit the field under his own power, but the severity of the injury is unclear.
