The Mets have reinstated pitcher Jenrry Mejia from the Restricted List on Tuesday, the team announced.
Mejia will be available to pitch in Tuesday's contest at San Francisco. He served an 80-game suspension for using performance-enhancing drugs.
To make room for Mejia, the team optioned pitcher Logan Verrett to Triple-A. Verrett went 0-1 with a 2.95 ERA over 21 1/3 innings.
