Mock draft review coming up

Looking forward to breaking down our latest 12-team mixed Rotisserie draft -- an actual league, not just a mock -- on Fantasy Baseball Today live at 12 p.m. ET. Here's how my team turned out:

  • C - Evan Gattis
  • C - Devin Mesoraco
  • 1B - Paul Goldschmidt
  • 2B - Dustin Pedroia
  • 3B - David Wright
  • SS - Jean Segura
  • MI - Jurickson Profar
  • CI - Eric Hosmer
  • OF - Justin Upton
  • OF - Martin Prado
  • OF - Coco Crisp
  • OF - Adam Eaton
  • OF - Marlon Byrd
  • U - Chris Carter
  • P - James Shields
  • P - Cole Hamels
  • P - Johnny Cueto
  • P - Zack Wheeler
  • P - Ubaldo Jimenez
  • P - Craig Kimbrel
  • P - Jim Johnson
  • P - Tommy Hunter
  • P - Rex Brothers

That's the starting lineup, anyway. There's a bench, too, but obviously, these 23 will have the greatest say in my team's fate.

I'm pretty happy with it, I have to say, which hasn't been the case for some of more recent mock drafts. I would have been a little worried about home runs if I hadn't scooped up Gattis and Carter where I did. Normally, I wouldn't recommend them, but I think I have enough batting average specialists to compensate. And for not drafting a pitcher until Round 7 (Kimbrel, who I don't normally target, but he fell), I feel great about my pitching staff.

Al Melchior recently posted the full results of the draft. how do you think this team turned out? What would you have done differently?
