Nationals' Paolo Espino: Sent back to Rochester

Washington optioned Espino to Triple-A Rochester on Monday, Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com reports.

Amos Willingham has joined the Nationals' bullpen in a corresponding roster move. Espino made only one appearance during his brief stay in the bigs.
