Ramos (eye) hopes to return to game action as early as Wednesday, Jamal Collier of MLB.com reports.

Ramos underwent LASIK eye surgery a few days earlier to sharpen his vision, and the catcher has said that he's already noticing a tangible difference. The Nationals will likely ease him back into workouts over the next couple of days before getting him back behind the plate in a game later this week.
