Orioles' J.J. Hardy: Exits with wrist injury

Hardy exited Sunday's game against the Cardinals in the top of the sixth inning with a bruised right wrist, Rich Dubroff of PressBoxonline.com reports.

The injury likely stems from Hardy's fourth-inning at-bat, during which he was hit by a pitch. Hardy was able to shake off the injury and stay in the game initially after taking his base, but soreness may have set in soon after. Ruben Tejada replaced Hardy at shortstop.
