The Orioles promoted Westburg from High-A Aberdeen to Double-A Bowie on Monday, Steve Melewski of MASNSports.com reports.
The No. 30 overall pick in the 2020 first-year player draft will receive his second promotion of the season after beginning his professional career at Low-A Delmarva before moving on to Aberdeen on June 1. During his two-and-a-half-month stay at High-A, the 22-year-old shortstop slashed .289/.392/.473 with eight home runs and nine stolen bases in 61 games.
