Ondrusek will undergo X-rays and an MRI if his elbow does not improve in the coming days, Roch Kubatko of MASN Sports reports.
Ondrusek and the Orioles are in wait-and-see mode with his sore elbow. Although the injury (suffered in Monday's game against the Tigers) wasn't thought to be serious, the right-hander's recovery has drawn apprehension. Speaking about his elbow, Ondrusek said, "It's never good to have any kind of pain or any kind of soreness or anything like that there, but until further things are done and as soon as we take more time and see what's going on, you start to think a little more about it." An injury concern is the last thing Ondrusek can afford as he battles for an MLB roster spot.
