Grisham (back) is hitting ninth and playing center field in Wednesday's contest against the Mariners, Jeff Sanders of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
Grisham was scratched from Monday's game versus the Cubs and unable to play Tuesday against Seattle because of lower back spasms. He'll give it a go Wednesday, with Brandon Dixon retreating to the bench and Fernando Tatis moving back to right field.
