Pedro Avila: Non-tendered by San Diego
Avila (elbow) was non-tendered by the Padres on Monday.
Avila made his big-league debut in 2019, surrendering one run on four hits while fanning five over 5.1 innings. He's expected to miss most if not all of the 2020 campaign after undergoing Tommy John surgery in August.
