Nava was removed from Friday's game with hamstring tightness, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Nava was replaced in the outfield by Michael Saunders, who is dealing with a groin injury himself. The Phillies may have to make a roster move to bolster their outfield, but all will depend on the severity of the injury. Nothing more severe than tightness was reported, so there's a possibility Nava can return to the lineup Saturday.
