Kennedy allowed a hit and a walk with one strikeout in a scoreless inning to earn the save in Friday's 8-6 win over Pittsburgh.

Kennedy put a pair of runners on base, but he got Kevin Newman to fly out, ending Pittsburgh's ninth-inning threat. Kennedy is now 10-for-13 in save chances with Philadelphia, and 26-for-30 this year when factoring in his time with Texas. He owns a 3.31 ERA, 1.12 WHIP and 60:16 K:BB across 54.1 innings overall.
