The Phillies acquired Dipoto from the Royals on Monday in exchange for cash considerations.
Dipoto will report to Triple-A Lehigh Valley following the move. He's served primarily in a bullpen role with Triple-A Omaha this season, posting a 4.40 ERA and 1.33 WHIP with 13 strikeouts across 14.1 innings.
