Kingham will make a spot start Sunday against the Braves, Bill Brink of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports.
Kingham will take the place of Ivan Nova, who will miss his scheduled start due to a personal issue. It's unclear whether or not the issue will cause Nova to miss just one turn or if Kingham has a shot to remain in the rotation.
