Rios (shoulder) suffered a setback and is no longer throwing, Alex Stumpf of DKPittsburghSports.com reports.
Rios has been sidelined since Aug. 15 as a result of right shoulder inflammation, but he had resumed playing catch from 120 feet Sept. 2. However, the right-hander has now been shut down following his setback. With just over two weeks remaining in the regular season, it's unclear whether Rios will return to the mound in 2020.
