Bibens-Dirkx allowed five runs on five hits and a walk while striking out five batters through five innings during Monday's loss to Toronto. He didn't factor into the decision.

After bouncing around the minors for 11 years, Bibens-Dirkx has now made three starts and five relief appearances for the Rangers. He owns an underwhelming 4.25 ERA and 5.5 K/9, so he probably won't stick in the rotation long term -- and potentially not even for another start. It's wise to take a wait-and-see approach with the 32-year-old rookie in most settings.
