Morrison went 2-for-4 with three RBI from a two-run homer and a solo shot in Sunday's 9-1 win over the Tigers. He also drew a walk and scored thrice.

Morrison has multi-hit efforts in three of his last six games and has been on a homer tear, launching four round trippers during that stretch. The slugging first baseman has also driven in nine of his 11 runs for the month over that span, and he's now just two homers away from equaling the career-high 23 that it took him 123 games to compile in 2011 while with the Marlins.
