Cedeno (forearm) struggled in his appearance for Triple-A Durham in Game 2 of the International League championship series Wednesday, needing 27 pitches to get two outs, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The veteran reliever allowed two hits and a walk during his time on the mound, making the outing a notable departure from his one-inning effort against High-A Charlotte last Saturday. Cedeno is still striving for a 2017 return, but it remains to be seen if he'll need at least one more rehab appearance before being activated.
