Renfroe went 3-for-5 with a double and two runs Sunday in the Red Sox's 11-5 win over Cleveland.

After a sluggish start coming out of the All-Star break, Renfroe has been in the midst of a three-week heater at the dish. Dating back to Aug. 10, Renfroe is slashing .324/.375/.730 with eight home runs, 21 RBI and 19 runs in 19 games. He'll remain in the lineup for Monday's series opener against the Rays, batting third and starting in right field, per Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe.
