The Red Sox recalled Danish from Triple-A Worcester on Tuesday.
He was added to the active roster as a replacement for catcher Christian Vazquez (illness), who was placed on the COVID-19-related injured list. After falling short in his bid for a spot in the Red Sox's Opening Day bullpen, Danish earned his way on the active roster after striking out six over three scoreless frames through his first three appearances of the season with Worcester.
