Red Sox's Yairo Munoz: Doesn't make cut

Munoz will not be included on Boston's 30-man roster, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.

Munoz was always a long shot to break camp with the Red Sox after signing a minor-league deal with the team in March. The 25-year-old, who hit .267/.298/.355 across 88 games with the Cardinals in 2019, will provide Boston with additional infield depth.
