Wojciechowski's contract was selected by the Reds on Saturday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

The right-hander has been working as a starter at Triple-A Louisville this season, but it's unclear whether the Reds intend to plug him into the rotation or use him as a long reliever. Wojciechowski has an impressive ability to miss bats, as evidenced by his 29 strikeouts over 25.2 innings at Louisville this season. The Reds have yet to announce the corresponding moves that coincided with Wojciechowski joining the roster.
