The 35-year-old righty has several strong seasons on his resume, but he doesn't seem to be the same guy at this stage of his career. He owns a 5.54 ERA since the start of 2019, thanks in large part to his 15.0 percent walk rate, and has yet to throw a major-league inning this season. Carson Fulmer was designated for assignment in a corresponding move.
