Reds' Jon Moscot: Optioned to Louisville

Moscot was optioned to Triple-A Louisville on Tuesday, Mark Sheldon of MLB.com reports.

Moscot had another rough outing Sunday against the Nationals, allowing five runs on five hits over just 3.2 innings. That ran his ERA up to 8.02 on the season, and he'll now head back to Louisville where he'll hope to get things straightened out. In his place, the Reds recalled outfielder Steve Selsky on Tuesday.
