Hilliard went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Friday's 11-6 loss to the Dodgers.

The 27-year-old entered the game in the sixth inning and still got in a solid complement of at-bats while taking David Price deep as part of a six-run seventh for the Rockies. Hilliard hasn't started either of the Rockies' first two games, a somewhat worrying sign for his playing time this season, and he may need the Colorado outfield to get a little less crowded to move into a larger role.
