Twins' Max Kepler: Out against southpaw
Kepler is out of the starting nine for Wednesday's game against the Tigers, Phil Miller of the Star Tribune reports.
Kepler will take a seat with left-hander Matt Boyd on the mound for Detroit. In his place, Robbie Grossman will man right field and bat fifth. Through 10 games this month, Kepler is just 5-for-34 (.147 average).
