Delmonico went 2-for-5 with a home run, two RBI and a run scored in Saturday's 8-6 win over the Tigers.

Delmonico had been scuffling since returning from a wrist injury, going 4-for-26 over nine games, suggesting the injury lingered beyond his return to action. Saturday's long ball is evidence that the strength has returned to his wrist. He now has eight homers over his first 106 at-bats in the majors, a pace he never even hinted at during his career in the minors. The 25-year-old Delmonico has thrust himself into an everyday role that could extend into 2018.
