Who has you more worried: James Shields or Mike Minor?

On Wednesday's News & Notes segment of Fantasy Baseball Today, CBSSports.com Baseball Insider Jon Heyman, Adam Aizer and I sized up the Fantasy prospects of two struggling starters: James Shields and Mike Minor. Since the beginning of June, both pitchers have compiled ERAs over 5.00, and both now find themselves benched in at least 20 percent of the leagues on CBSSports.com.

Particularly in shallower leagues, it's easy to understand why owners would not want to take a chance on starting either pitcher in a one-start week or in a daily league, but Fantasy Week 15 (July 7-13) will present owners in nearly all weekly formats with a dilemma. Both Shields and Minor will have two starts, with Shields pitching at the Rays and at home versus the Tigers, and Minor taking the mound at the Mets and Cubs.

Before deciding which of these two you can trust next week, have a listen to what we said about each of them, as we spotted some hopeful signs and red flags for both.
