Judge (illness) joined the Yankees in Boston on Sunday and could be activated during the upcoming three-game series in Tampa Bay, which begins Tuesday, Bryan Hoch of MLB.com reports.

Judge will need to clear a standard cardiac workup Monday in order to gain full clearance to be activated from the COVID-19 injured list. The 29-year-old has yet to play during the second half since testing positive for the virus during the All-Star break, but he could rejoin the lineup this week if he checks out okay Monday.
