Gallo (forearm) isn't starting Thursday's game against the Blue Jays.

Gallo exited Wednesday's loss to the Blue Jays after he was hit by a pitch on the right forearm, but he's feeling better Thursday and is considered day-to-day, Marly Rivera of ESPN.com reports. According to Bryan Hoch of MLB.com, the 27-year-old underwent X-rays that came back negative and will be available off the bench. Giancarlo Stanton will shift to right field while Gary Sanchez serves as the designated hitter.
