Andujar (shoulder) was transferred to the 60-day injured list Tuesday.
The move is purely procedural, as Andujar had already been ruled out for the season following shoulder surgery. It clears up a spot on the 40-man roster for the Yankees to select David Hale's contract. Andujar is expected to be back in action in spring training.
