    Acosta recently underwent surgery to address thoracic outlet syndrome and will miss the rest of the season, Levi Weaver of The Athletic reports. Acosta received his first taste of professional ball with the rookie-level ACL Rangers this year, but his campaign was cut short due to the injury. He hit .246/.279/.393 with one homer, five RBI, 11 runs and seven stolen bases in 17 games. The 18-year-old will have over five months to recover before the start of spring training.
