Simmons (back) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Magic, Kyle Neubeck of PhillyVoice.com reports.
Simmons had played through his back injury recently, but he'll be held out for the final game of the regular season since the 76ers have already secured the top seed in the Eastern Conference. Shake Milton (knee) and George Hill could see increased run for Philadelphia.
